Get ready for the ultimate test of strength, endurance, and willpower! The FITVIVOR CHALLENGE features three uncompromising disciplines that will test your physical limits and mental resilience. Who will be crowned the winner and take home the title of greatest fighter?
DISCIPLINES:
ROPE CLIMB – Can you climb a rope from a sitting position? Arm strength and determination are key!
HANGING ON THE BAR – How long can you keep your body above the ground? Gravity is your enemy, but your strength is greater!
PUSH-UPS WITH MEDICINE BALL THROW – Coordination, explosiveness, and endless energy. How many can you do in the time limit?

ROPE CLIMBING FROM A SITTING POSITION
- Men from a sitting position
- Women from a standing position, if you can do it from a sitting position, all the better, without jumping
- Touch the upper black bar
- Record this discipline on video
- The video can be published from March 3, 2025 to March 10, 2025
- Post it on your Instagram account

- We will then transfer you and enter you into the semifinals
2. Semifinals
HANGING ON THE BAR
- The competition will take place on a specific day and time, which we will announce after the first round on Instagram and our website.
- All those who advance will then face another discipline together.
- The last four competitors who hang on the bar the longest will advance to the finals.
3. Final
PUSH-UPS WITH MEDICINE BALL THROW
The final discipline is about both endurance and strength.
- You do a push-up -> take the medicine ball and throw it over the bar
- Medicine ball: men – 6kg, women – 4kg
- You repeat the exercises for 2 minutes
- The winner is the one who does the most repetitions
The winners will receive a monthly membership worth CZK 1,790.
Second and third place will receive fitness accessories worth CZK 500.
