Easter in fitness style: Muscles instead of sweets!
Easter – a celebration of spring, eggs, and… chocolate temptations! But who says you can’t enjoy it in a healthy and active way?
At our gym, we celebrate differently:
- We fill eggs with protein instead of chocolate
- Treasure hunt? We’re looking for PR records!
- Instead of Monday’s Easter whipping, we’ll have a proper leg day
Easter is the perfect time to restart – nature is waking up, and so can you! Come work out, clear your head, and burn calories before you’re tempted by lamb or Easter bread.
And don’t forget – eggs are a source of complete protein, so feel free to have 3 hard-boiled eggs for breakfast!
