Rules in fitness

Adherence to fitness etiquette is essential for the harmonious and efficient functioning of the gym. Fitness etiquette is important because it ensures respect for others, safety, workout efficiency, cleanliness and hygiene, and contributes to a positive and motivating atmosphere.

1. We go to the gym in clean sports shoes.
2. We go to the gym in clean sports clothes.
3. Use a towel underneath you when exercising on the machines.
4. When the training is finished, return the tools, discs and other equipment to their place.
5. We do not throw away equipment unnecessarily and do not make too much noise.
6. For loading dumbbells , use caps.
7. Do not occupy the site longer than strictly necessary.
8. Disinfect the machines and training aids after use.
9. The consumption of alcoholic beverages is strictly prohibited in the fitness area.
10. Personal trainings are possible only by prior arrangement with our company.
