I am a trainer who will help you discover the joy of movement and the power of your own body. Do you want to improve your fitness, have more energy or feel more confident in your body?I offer individual training sessions tailored to your goals.
I have a degree in sports, international certification and training diplomas.
I also lead group classes from dynamic Tabata, to Spin & Sculpt and stretching.

I am a competitor and AWPC/WPC representative in power triathlon.

I have been working as a fitness trainer and bodybuilding coach since 2019. I have been training for 9 years and intensively for another 4 years. In 2022 I became the Czech Champion in bodybuilding over 90kg and the Vice-Champion of the Republic in bodybuilding over 90kg. My focus is mainly weight reduction, volume and strength training, full body strengthening, muscle gain, complete symmetry and posture.

I've been involved in sports since I was a kid, and because of that I've developed a strong attachment to training and the motivation to push myself further, both on a physical and mental level. I have been doing bodybuilding periodization for 8 years now. My focus is primarily on building muscle mass and strength, but I also do conditioning and weight loss training.

I was no stranger to sports from a very early age, when I started playing hockey at the age of six. I have also tried many other sports such as football, floorball, athletics and martial arts. At the age of fifteen I was gripped by the grip of the gym and to this day I am still fully dedicated to building my body. It didn't take long and at the age of eighteen I stepped on the competition boards for the first time, where I became the vice-champion of the Czech Republic in bodybuilding. However, I gave up competing for a few years, until the Men's physique category came along. After a short preparation I placed 5th in the Men's physique category at the Czech championships. However, my journey didn't end there and I continue to prepare for upcoming competitions. I would like to pass on my experience to other people, whether they are potential competitors or complete beginners.

I have extensive experience in marathon cycling (races longer than 100km) and triathlon. I strive to make my classes fun, dynamic and effective, always accompanied by energetic music. The goal of my lessons is to push your limits and make you enjoy riding like you would on a real bike.

As a trainer I focus mainly on beginners. I help them overcome their fears, discover the magic of fitnessand build a solid foundation on which they can continue to build. I believe that each person is unique and has their ownspecific needs, goals and pace. That's why I pride myself on an empathetic and individual approach that not only motivates clients, but also supports them in finding a balance between the physical and mental aspects of exercise.

I am a graduate of health education and health psychology. My field is nutrition and healthy movement. Sport has always been a part of my personality, and that hasn't changed with motherhood. I offer a combination of exercise and fun and invite you and your children to join me in our friendly fitness environment. I'll get you back in shape after giving birth and teach you lots of exercises that will strengthen your muscles and keep even the most restless kids entertained.
