Stay fit even during hot days

Summer is the ideal time for exercise—long days, more energy, and a natural desire to be outdoors. But high temperatures also bring certain challenges.

So how can you exercise smartly and safely in summer?

1. Take advantage of the early morning or evening hours

During the hottest part of the day around noon, the body loses more fluids and exercise can be dangerous. Plan your workouts for early morning or late evening when the air is more pleasant.
