Since childhood I have been involved in various sports activities. I have been involved in athletics, equestrian and recreational gymnastics, but what appealed to me the most was fitness, in which I found a space to develop strength, discipline and the joy of movement.
I’ve been exercising intensively for the last four years and I’ve gradually realised that it’s not only the training itself that fulfils me, but also a deeper understanding of how the body works and what it needs.
I am currently training in physiotherapy, which makes me look at training in a more holistic way. I emphasize proper technique, healthy movement and an individual approach to each client.
I focus mainly on beginners and those who are returning to movement after a long break, injury or want to improve their technical side of training.
My goal is for everyone to feel confident, stable and strong in their bodies. Without pressure, without comparison, but with respect for your own path.
