I help to find a balance between healthy eating and movement without extremes and unnecessary restrictions, with an emphasis on sustainability and lifestyle fit. I create menus from high quality, natural ingredients that provide the body with the necessary nutrients and at the same time allow you to enjoy the food. As a trainer, I emphasize the correct execution of exercises, injury prevention and sufficient recovery. I will help you design a meaningful workout that you will enjoy, and teach you how to incorporate movement into your daily life with respect for your body’s signals.
